Dr. Robert Andrzejewski Named Interim President Of The Charter School Of Wilmington
His appointment will run through June 2021 or the date on which the next CSW school leader begins, whichever comes first.

The CSW Board is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Robert Andrzejewski as interim President of CSW, effective immediately. Dr. Andrzejewski brings a wealth of relevant expertise and experience to CSW, having served as a special education teacher and school principal. He also served as superintendent of the Red Clay School District from 1997-2009 and played an important role in supporting the development of CSW into a national leader in secondary STEM education.

Most recently, Dr. Andrzejewski has helped to spearhead efforts to ensure that essential health care workers and members of vulnerable groups in Delaware have access to the personal protective equipment and other critical supplies needed to ensure their personal safety and maintain operational capabilities.

Dr. Andrzejewski’s appointment will run through June, 2021 or the date on which the next CSW school leader begins, whichever comes first. As noted in previous communications, the CSW board has initiated a search for a permanent school leader that is expected to conclude in Spring, 2021. We are confident that Dr. Andrzejewski will provide accomplished guidance throughout the search process.
