Gallaher Elementary Recognized as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School!

We are excited to announce that Gallaher Elementary has been officially recognized as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School! This prestigious certification is a result of our school’s commitment to implementing the Leader in Me program with fidelity and excellence. With this achievement, the Christina School District now is home to two Lighthouse Schools!

To earn Lighthouse Certification, schools are evaluated using a Lighthouse Rubric that measures success in three key areas: teaching leadership principles, creating a strong leadership culture, and aligning academic systems. Each school’s unique achievements are also taken into account, making this honor even more special.
