Goldey-Beacom’s soccer teams on Sunday displayed the College’s latest showing of outreach and community service by lending a hand at Tender Hearts.
The event was part of Family Fitness Funday, organized by Tender Hearts. The student-athletes helped raise money to purchase custom-made bicycles for physically and developmentally impaired children. The Lightning’s soccer teams also played a big part in helping assist with arts and crafts stations, touch football, soccer, fitness competitions, food trucks and many other activities.
