My Mostly Happy Life: Autobiography of a Climbing Tree

BOOK LAUNCH AT THE DELAWARE ART MUSEUM - SAVE THE DATE !

Join me at the Delaware Art Museum for a chat about why I decided to reverse publishing history and, in the tradition of great 19th century authors like Charles Dickens and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, have my urban fable, MY MOSTLY HAPPY LIFE: AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A CLIMBING TREE, illustrated by Ruth McGraw and - before being published in book form - first serialized in the press.

Adding to the fun will be Dr. Mary Holahan, Curator of Illustration, who will talk about the illustrators in the museum's world-famous collection (Howard Pyle, N. C. Wyeth, etc.) and describe why, historically, art and fiction have lived so long in “wedded bliss.”

Enjoy the ambiance and refreshments while I tell a few stories, read a few paragraphs, and autograph copies of my book.
