Join us on February 13, 14, and 15 at 7 p.m. in the Newark High School auditorium for a performance of “Newsies,” a play inspired by the 1899 newsboy strike in New York City. With nearly 75 talented students taking the stage as actors, musicians, and crew members, this production promises to be a celebration of creativity and teamwork. Under the guidance of teacher Paula Woolfolk-Cohen, these dedicated students have been honing their skills since November, and their hard work is sure to shine.
Don’t miss your chance to witness their incredible talent! Tickets will be available at the door (cash only), priced at just $12 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens. Come and support our young artists—your presence makes all the difference!
