A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Bock graduated magna cum laude from both Barnard College of Columbia University and List College of the Jewish Theological Seminary of the Americas (JTS). She also earned her Master’s in Jewish Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
A Washington, D.C. resident, Bock lives in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood and is an active board member of the Hadar Institute in New York. Outside of her professional work, she is focused on raising her four children.
