School Bus Erupts In Flames In DC (Photos)
BREAKING: Six have evacuated after a school bus caught fire at 5th and D streets in Northeast.

WASHINGTON, DC — Six people evacuated safely after a school bus caught fire in a Northeast D.C. neighborhood Friday morning.
D.C. Fire and EMS tweeted shortly after 10 a.m. that firefighters were dispatched to 5th and D streets NE at 8:23 a.m. and arrived seven minutes later.
Authorities believe an engine fire was the cause of the blaze, which completely consumed the bus.

The driver was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
