TAMPA, AL — Florida-based employers recently made a strong showing in Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces 2026" rankings.
Dozens of companies from the Sunshine State earned four- and five-star ratings across industries ranging from health care and hospitality to finance, technology and retail.

The rankings were compiled by Newsweek and research firm Plant-A Insights Group using employee interviews, company reviews, workplace culture metrics, compensation data, career advancement opportunities, work-life balance indicators and other measures of employee satisfaction.
Among Florida employers, health care organizations were particularly well represented, with hospital systems and medical providers accounting for a significant share of the state's highest-rated workplaces.
