Raise a glass to the holiday season and discover the art of pairing wine with food at Plum Market Aventura! On Wednesday, Nov. 18, join Plum Market's wine experts for a free, interactive seminar as part of the market's four-part "The Art of Hosting a Dinner Party" series.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting featuring four carefully selected wines paired with four complementary bites while learning the essentials of wine pairing, from balancing acidity, tannins and sweetness to understanding how different wines enhance flavors. The seminar will also cover practical entertaining tips, including ideal serving temperatures, how much wine to purchase for a gathering and proper bottle-opening techniques. Each participant will leave with a printed wine pairing guide and a Plum Market wine key to take home.
