AVENTURA, FL — A knife-wielding bank thief robbed a Chase Bank branch on Saturday morning along Biscayne Boulevard.

"A robber entered the bank, displayed a knife and demanded money from a bank employee," said Special Agent Michael Leverock of the FBI. "There were no injuries. The amount of money taken will not be released at this time."

The robbery occurred at approximately 8:53 a.m. The bank branch is located at 18235 Biscayne Blvd.
