Family Dog Bites, Kills 8-Month-Old Girl In Florida: Reports
A family dog bit a baby girl in Miramar, police told media outlets. The girl had been in the care of a family member at the time.
MIRAMAR, FL — A family dog bit an 8-month-old girl and the baby died, police told media outlets. It happened around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 2400 block of Kingston Drive, police said.
The girl had been in the care of a family member, city police Officer Yessenia Diaz told media outlets at the scene.
Local firefighters were called to the home for a dog bite, but their units were not necessary, Inspector Lt. José A. Gregorisch told media outlets.
