Businesses located in Miami-Dade County can apply for the free race and gender-neutral Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification online via the Business Management Workforce System.

• SBE certification is as simple as having a physical location in Miami and being in business for one year with a Miami-Dade County local business tax receipt
• Your business gross receipts must not exceed a 3-year average per program along with other criteria
• Industries that can certify include: Architectural and Engineering Services, Construction Contractors and Goods and Services
