The Sagemont School Gives Back Through Holiday Giving Initiatives

Students supported ChildNet, Cleveland Clinic, Manor Care Plantation Retirement Home, Bainbridge Elementary School, and Operation Gratitude

Students at The Sagemont School in Weston recently took part in multiple holiday giving initiatives to support their community and beyond. Students first collected gifts and fulfilled the holiday wishes of 250 children supported by ChildNet, a local nonprofit that aids foster care youth.
Throughout the holiday season, The Sagemont School also partnered with Operation Gratitude to send more than 250 holiday cards to the U.S. military and first responder communities, thanking them for their service.

Students also collected 300 school supply items for students at Bainbridge Elementary School in Georgia, which was devastated by Hurricane Michael in October. While preparing the packages for delivery, students also made cards and decorations to welcome the students back to their school.

Lastly, students paid special visits to the Cleveland Clinic and Manor Care Plantation Retirement Home to spread joy by performing carols for patients and residents. Through these initiatives, students learned the importance of helping others, especially during the holiday season.
