Students Create Cards for Military Personnel & First Responders
The Sagemont School in Weston partnered with Operation Gratitude to create and send holiday cards to military personnel and first responders
Students at The Sagemont School Lower School Campus in Weston recently sent holiday cards to military personnel and first responders through a partnership with Operation Gratitude. Throughout December, students created cards to thank them for all they do for our country and wish them a happy holiday. The Sagemont School has been sending letters to military and first responder communities during the holidays for more than a decade. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and recognizing those who keep communities safe.
Operation Gratitude seeks to lift the spirits and meet the evolving needs of the U.S. military and first responder communities and provides volunteer opportunities for Americans to express their appreciation to all who serve the nation. Operation Gratitude has delivered more than three million care packages to heroes serving overseas and at home.
