1-Year-Old Run Over In Front Of Ruskin Home
A 1-year-old child died on Tuesday, Jan. 29, after being run over by a vehicle in front of his home.

RUSKIN, FL -- A 1-year-old child died on Tuesday, Jan. 29, after being run over by a vehicle in front of his home.
Shortly after 2 p.m., deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office
were called to a mobile home park located off 27th Street Southeast in Ruskin.
A neighbor told deputies she had just dropped the 1-year-old child and his
family off at their home. The child, who was playing in the yard with a dog,
was struck by her vehicle as the neighbor attempted to leave the residence and
pull into her home next door.

The child was transported to St Joseph's Hospital South and pronounced dead at
2:50 p.m.
Neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be a factor in this crash. No charges have been filed at this time.
