The amazing Dr. You

Your body is capable of amazing feats.  It started as one cell and has allowed you to grow and adapt to the person you are today.  It has suffered through injuries, stress, poor nutrition, and probably nearly every other adversity you have thrown its way.  ​

Just because your body can still function with no exercise, poor nutrition, constant stress, and pain doesn't mean that it should!​
