Mild Winter in Area brings out Fleas!
That is not Peter Cottontail hopping down the Bunny Trail! Those are fleas hopping on our furry family members and sometimes on us!
Flea season is not ordinarily until summer, but because of the mild winter, the fleas are hopping on our furry friends right now! Sometimes a professional treatment is required in addition to the topicals we apply to our pets. This is needed to stop the flea cycle. The fleas find a host where they feed (our pets) but do not stay there, they jump off and find homes in your carpets, rugs and pet bedding. Good News!
