Waking up with Pain?

Are you waking up and/or going to bed with daily aches and pains? Find out why that is NOT normal.

Statistics show that over 70% of people will be incapacitated with back pain at some point in their lives.  That is a startling number which means back pain is at epidemic levels!

Adding to that figure could be neck pain, headaches, knee pain, elbow pain, mid-back pain, leg pain, etc, etc.  I think it is safe to say that far too many of us are waking up or going to bed with aches and pains. 

Here is the reality of pain: It is our bodies LAST way to tell us something is wrong.  Our bodies will do everything they can on their own to solve the dysfunction or problem BEFORE letting us know about the issue with pain!  This also means that every time our body has pain; there is a corresponding dysfunction.

Unchecked long term pain syndromes can lead to arthritic changes of joints, dysfunctional bio-mechanics, and a host of other problems which could even include depression!

The bottom line is that, in general, you should not be living with pain. Get it checked out and get out of pain and get back to life.
