Center Preparing To Open Hotel, Cracker Barrel, Four Stacks

Extended Stay America Inc. announced this week the "topping off" of its new hotel in Gibsonton - Riverview.

RIVERVIEW, FL -- Extended Stay America Inc. announced this week the "topping off" of its new hotel in Gibsonton - Riverview, signifying the final beam has been placed and that the structural framework is complete.

The 124-room Extended Stay America Tampa-Gibsonton- Riverview on Gibsonton Drive just off Interstate 75 will open in the fall and is part of the company's ongoing strategy to extensively grow its portfolio of hotels through development and franchising. Extended Stay America continues to seek new properties throughout the United States.

The new Extended Stay America Tampa - Gibsonton - Riverview will target the mid-priced extended stay segment of the lodging industry. The hotel will feature the new StayPlay lobby design, all vinyl plank flooring throughout, modernized kitchens with open cabinetry, raised platform beds for better storage options for our guests, black-out shades for an enhanced sleep experience, a fitness center and guest laundry/vending area, complimentary grab-and-go breakfast, free in-room Wi-Fi, HD-TVs with bring-your-own-content casting and pet-friendly rooms.

The company is incorporating the latest technology such as property-wide LED energy-efficient lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures for water conservation, back-of-the-house laundry equipment and water heating system incorporate the latest in efficient technology.

The rooms will benefit from the latest in air-exchange technology to constantly refresh the guestroom and hotel with fresh air.

The hotel is located at the 30-acre Riverview 14 development that is home to the 14-screen Goodrich Riverview 14 GDX movie theater, Gastropub, Zaxby's Chicken, Dunkin' Donuts and T-Mobile.

Also soon opening at the shopping center is a standalone 10,400-square-foot Cracker Barrel restaurant.

A separate 21,700-square-foot shopping center will be home to Four Stacks Brewing Co. of Apollo Beach's second location. The new Four Stacks location will include a 2,100-square-foot bar and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor beer garden. NY Nails and the Dollar Tree are already open in the shopping center.

A Rosemary Grill, serving Mediterranean cuisine, is slated to open next to Four Stacks Brewing, and Cricket Wireless and Flex Suites Business Center will be located in the plaza as well.
