Crimson Guard Brings Home 1st-Place Honors

Next is the Florida Federation of Colorguard Circuit April 2.

The Bloomingdale High School Crimson Guard finished its winter competition season with a first place win in the 2011 Florida Federation of Colorguard Circuit (FFCC) Premier II Scholastic Class AA Western Division.      

The final event was held at Lakewood High School in Bradenton where the 26-member squad challenged 10 other squads by performing their program titled, “The Glass Ceiling."  

In the end, Bloomingdale was victorious; Chamberlain earned a second place spot and Durant and Sickles tied for third.

Directed by Billy Sullivan and assisted by Coleen Petree, the squad is now preparing for the FFCC 2011 Championship on April 2 at Palm Coast.
