Custom '55 Chevy Wagon Stolen From Valrico Garage

The yellow-and-white, two-door Chevrolet delivery wagon was taken from a resident's St. Cloud Avenue home sometime in the past week.

A custom 1955 Chevrolet was stolen from a Valrico resident's garage sometime in the past week, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reports.

Someone broke into the detached garage at a home in the 1800 block of St. Cloud Avenue between Feb. 16 and Feb. 20 and took the 1955 Chevy delivery wagon, according to a media release.

The two-door Chevy is white over yellow and has custom, air-brushed murals on both sides, as well as "Hollywood Knights" on the rear cargo door. "Under the hood of the vehicle is a polished stainless steel plate with an etched photograph of the vehicle in a scenic setting," sheriff's office spokesman Larry McKinnon wrote in the release.
