The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking motorists to avoid the area of Rhodine Road and U.S. 301 after a depression opened up Wednesday morning.
The sheriff’s office says the roadway has been closed in both directions at Rhodine Road and U.S. 301.
Details on the size of the hole or just how long the closing will last are not yet available. County maintenance crews were on their way to the area just before 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
