Troopers Release Name Of Motorcyclist Killed In Gibsonton Crash
A 35-year-old Tampa man has been charged with DUI manslaughter following a fatal crash on I-75 in Gibsonton.

GIBSONTON, FL — A 35-year-old Tampa man has been charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving death following a fatal crash on Interstate 75 north of Gibsonton Drive.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, around 1 a.m. Monday, Frank Joseph Fisher was driving a Ford F250 south on I-75 when he hit the rear of a motorcycle. The motorcyclist, Chad Taylor Cagley, 23, of Riverview, was ejected and the motorcycle burst into flames. Cagley died at the scene.
Troopers said Fisher fled the scene and was found a short time later by Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies at Lowe's, 10425 Gibsonton Drive in Riverview, where he was arrested.
