The Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, will host Ask a Lawyer Monday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. Local lawyers will host a brief informational program on the basics of filing for bankruptcy followed by a question-and-answer session.
