The Museum of Science & Industry, 4801 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, will host Tampa’s second annual Festival of Chocolate from 9 a.m. –6 p.m. on Jan. 14-15, and 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Jan. 16. The Festival of Chocolate is Florida’s largest all-chocolate tasting, shopping and interactive experience.
Tour a unique chocolate-themed museum on-site at MOSI and enjoy a fun-filled experience learning the science and history of chocolate, including the journey of the cacao bean. There will be hands-on science of chocolate demonstrations to tempt and amaze guests, chocolate cookie-stacking contests, chocolate games, historical presentations, a book signing, a Chocolate University class, and tasty treats for guests of all ages.
Kids will have the opportunity to design a colorful and edible masterpiece. Don’t miss the live competition of the best of chocolate indulgences in Central Florida, judged by a panel of pastry experts, celebrities and self-named chocoholics.
