Cyber Kids will meet Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico. The program is for kids in grades three to five. They will learn about Scratch, a new programming language by the MIT Media Lab that makes it easy to create interactive stories, animations, games, music and art and then share the creations on the Web.
