Drawing with Pastels will be offered at the Bloomingdale Regional Public Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, Wednesday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. Residents are invited to explore the art of drawing and blending with pastels. Materials will be provided provided. Wear a cover up or something old.
