The Brandon Bar Association will present a free legal information session to Brandon residents on Tuesday, July 5 at 7 p.m. at the Brandon Regional Library, 619 Vonderburg Drive, Brandon. The July session will feature attorney Brent Rose discussing the legal issues pertaining to estate planning. For more than a year, the Brandon Bar has offered its free Legal Information Series with a range of topics from estate planning to divorce to bankruptcy.
Area residents are encouraged to attend this free legal seminar and have their legal questions answered. Rose will present information relating to wills, powers of attorney and other estate-planning topics.
Rose, a founding partner of The Orsini & Rose Law Firm, has represented clients in high-profile civil and criminal proceedings for more than 20 years. Formerly a prosecutor with the State Attorney's Office, Rose was advanced to lead prosecutor of the White Collar Crime Division during his seven-year tenure. Rose uses his extensive litigation experience for high-profile criminal, civil and high asset divorce trials, volunteers with the Stetson Law School Mock Trial Team, and consults with staff attorneys during closed-door case strategy meetings.
