The Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, will host part 2 of a Food Industry Series Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 12:30 p.m. The series will provide residents with the requirements for operating a restaurant, catering business or a mobile food-dispensing cart as well as how to market their food industry business.
