The Brandon Bar Association will sponsor and present a free legal information session to Brandon residents on Tuesday, June 7 at 7 p.m. at the Brandon Regional Library. The June session will feature Brandon attorney, Rory Weiner, discussing the legal issues pertaining to residential evictions. As the real estate market continues to change in East Hillsborough County, many homeowners have chosen to rent out homes until the market stabilizes. Additionally, those who lost their homes to foreclosure are now seeking rentals. The session will take a deeper look at residential eviction from both sides. This marks a full year of free sessions in the Brandon Bar's Legal Information Series with a range of topics from estate planning to divorce to bankruptcy.
