The AARP Tax-Aide Foundation in cooperation with the Prosperity Campaign of Hillsborough County will offer free tax help at the Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico Thursdays from noon to 4 p.m. and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
