Facilitated by Girls With Confidence, the focus of this program is to increase girls confidence in themselves, improve their self-esteem and help them understand that the beauty of a girl is on the inside and not the outside. We educate the girls on the different body types and how the fashion industry and media present a false image of what a typical girl really looks like. The program meets for two hours once a week for 4 weeks. All Girls Circle programs follow a specific format that involves group discussions, individual reflection & writing exercises along with a creative activity.
