Grandparents Becoming Parents Again will meet Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Rd., Valrico, in the upstairs meeting room. The topic will be legal concerns for grandparents as parents, guardians or primary caregivers. The guest speaker will be attorney Trista Sampson.
