Certified Instructor for fine and decorative Arts, Bonnie Phillips, will teach adults how to bring stories or scrapbook pages to life with simple pen and ink illustrations anyone can do Feb. 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Bloomingdale Regional Public Library. Supplies will be provided. The class size limited to 20. Registration is required in advance at the Ask Me Kiosk or by calling 273-3652. This program is funded by the Friends of the Bloomingdale Regional Library.
