Riverview Branch Library, 10509 Riverview Drive in Riverview, will host an Introduction to Watercolor Pencils Monday, March 5 at 6 p.m.
Learn all about colors and have fun creating a seascape with watercolor pencils in this 90-minute program with art instructor Minnette Webster. Adults of all skill levels are welcome.
