Hillsborough County Affordable Housing Services (AHS) will hold a Lender-Partner Workshop on the County’s First-Time Homebuyer Program on Friday, May 18, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at All People’s Life Center, 6105 E. Sligh Ave. in Tampa.
The workshop is a requirement for any lender’s representative who plans on participating in the County’s First-Time Homebuyer Program and has not attended any other certification workshop offered by the AHS this year.
The workshop will provide an overview of the County’s First-Time Homebuyer Program; discuss the household income certification process; provide a forum for open dialogue for ideas for improving the partnership and increasing the number of eligible borrowers who apply and receive loans from the program; and answer any questions about the program.
