Lithia Springs to Present 'Aladdin Jr.'

Lithia Springs Elementary School, 4332 Lynx Paw Trail, Valrico, will present the Disney production, "Aladdin Jr.," Thursday, May 10, Friday, May 11, Thursday, May 17 and Friday, May 18 at the school.

Members of the community are invited to join Aladdin, Jasmine, Iago and all of the story's characters for an evening of magic, mayhem and music by award-winning composer Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice.

The 42-member cast is led by production director Lecia McCarty, music director Faith Clark, choreographer Heather Leonard and set designer Shelly Valdez.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the performance begins at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $8.
