Middleton Magnet High School is holding an open house from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3.
All eighth-graders are invited to visit the school, 4801 N. 22nd St., Tampa, to meet magnet teachers and students, tour classrooms, and learn more about the school’s magnet programs. Other high school-age students also are welcome.
Middleton offers the district’s only pre-collegiate STEM program (science, technology, engineering, and math). Other magnet programs include Biomedical-Biotechnology (Project Lead the Way), Computer Game Design, Computer Systems Engineering and Engineering (Project Lead the Way).

In addition to the open house, Middleton also is hosting:
- Community Clean-Up, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., front of school

- Blood Mobile, 9:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., driver's ed range
- Florida FTC Robotics Tournament, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., gymnasium and cafeteria
- Electrathon of Tampa Bay Car Race, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., student parking lot
Parking is on the east side of the school on the driver’s training range, accessible from Osborne Avenue.
