An open house for The Regent will take place Saturday, Jan. 15, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will include entertainment, a caterer showcase with free food and tours of the new facility.
Located on Watson Road in the neotraditional Winthrop community, the new building contains 27,699 square feet of air-conditioned space and 1,400 square feet of covered outdoor areas.

The centerpiece is a 10,000-square-foot grand ballroom large enough to accommodate a sit-down dinner for 600 people.
