The fifth annual Stupid Sock Creatures! class will take place at the Bloomingdale Regional Public Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, Monday, Aug. 1 at 12 p.m.
Children age 12 to 17 will use basic sewing techniques to create whimsical creatures from ordinary socks. Registration is required. The program is limited to the first 16 participants to register at the Ask Me Kiosk. Lunch will be provided for this four-hour class.
