The Bloomingdale Regional Library, 1906 Bloomingdale Ave., Valrico, will host Tail Waggin' Tutors Friday, Sept. 14 at 4 p.m. Presented in partnership with Therapy Dogs International, the program gives children a chance to increase their confidence in reading by reading to a dog.
