Time to Learn is a free program for all facility members age 2 to 7 that will help reinforce reading retention and vocabulary by having a story time and craft. It takes place Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7 p.m. at the Campo Family YMCA, 3414 Culbreath Rd., Valrico.
