English language learners (ELL) and their families are participating in a celebrate diversity potluck dinner. Valrico Elementary has students from 15 countries who are learning English as a second language. These families are gathering together to share a favorite dish from their respective country. Additionally, musician and primal instrument maker Abasi Ote, and the Progress Village Middle Magnet School dancers, will perform. Student art will be displayed and parents will participate in art activities with their children. Contact Anthony Montoto.
