TNT Smoothies and Supplements at 15280 FishHawk Blvd., Lithia, will host a workshop on essential oils and natural alternatives for overall wellness Tuesday, June 5 at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Maria Malec os New Age Wellness and an educator in the use and application of therapeutic-grade essential oils, will lead the workshop.
Classes are $15 each and include a free smoothie or wheat grass shot, materials and sampling.
