Why Go: Country music powerhouses Craig Morgan, Brett Eldredge, Sunny Sweeney and more will perform live Friday night at the Florida State Fair. If you're a fan of down home country music, and love to dance, this is an event you surely will not want to miss.

Where/When: Center Place Fine Arts, 619 Vonderburg Dr. Friday at 7:30 p.m.
Why Go: Enjoy a live performance by Grammy award-winner Barbara Bailey Hutchinson at the Center Place Fine Arts and Civic Association. Hutchinson will perform a selection of originals that include "Unforgiven," "It's Love," and "Edge of Wisdom," from her six studio albums.

LOVE ME TENDER VALENTINE'S DINNER
Where/When: Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium, 2080 Badlands Dr. Saturday at 6 p.m.
Why Go: Bring a loved one to the Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium this Saturday, for a special Valentine-themed cooking demonstration with Chef Dave West. The chef will prepare a variety of savory recipes including kir royale, truffled lobster risotto, seared rib eye with radicchio and a decadent chocolate torte for dessert. Admission includes wine, beer, soft drinks and food samples.
