GRCC Celebrates Mandola’s Italian Kitchen Grand Opening

On Monday, October 26th, 2020, Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) members joined together to celebrate the Mandola’s Italian Kitchen Grand Opening. Attendees were given a sneak peak into the brand-new fast casual concept while having the opportunity to purchase some of Mandola’s homemade pastries & treats before opening. Damian & Trina Mandola, founder of the Mandola’s concept was joined by Vince Paschetta, Managing Partner, Paul Avery, part-owner of Mandola’s Italian Kitchen as they cut the ribbon. Many close family members and friends were there to celebrate the occasion as well. Mandola's Italian Kitchen is an authentic Italian grocery and eatery that exudes great food, bustling atmosphere, and warm hospitality. Mandola’s fast-casual concept promotes Italian culture and cuisine throughout all facets of the restaurant. This concept was founded by Damian Mandola, known for his famous concept called Carrabba's that began with his with nephew, Johnny Carrabba. With over 30+ years of experience, the Mandola's have brought their successful restaurant to Florida, right in the heart of Riverview. There was a proclamation delivered by 2020 Honorary Mayor of Riverview, Daniel Cyral, Hypnotic Engagements. He recognized October 26, 2020 to be Mandola’s Italian Kitchen Day and reminded all who were in attendance that at Mandola's Italian Kitchen we are a family friendly Italian restaurant!
