Hillsborough Sheriff Seeks 2 People Linked To Gibsonton Stabbing

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is searching for two people linked to a violent robbery in Gibsonton.

GIBSONTON, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is searching for two people linked to a violent robbery in Gibsonton.

On Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 8:07 p.m. January 30, a male victim was approached by Luke Debi, 35, and Genipher Mayeur, 27, near the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Nundy Avenue in Gibsonton.

Sheriff's deputies said Debi stabbed the victim in the upper back before taking his wallet and fleeing south on Roosevelt Street. Mayeur is not a suspect in the robbery, but she is wanted for questioning as a witness. All three subjects involved are believed to be homeless in the Gibsonton area.
