Lithia Teen Hospitalized Following Traffic Crash

A 16-year-old Lithia teen has been hospitalized following an accident at the intersection of FishHawk Boulevard and Bayberry Glen Drive Sunday, July 8 at 9:13 p.m. Hillsborough Deputies Investigate Traffic Crash

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, William R. Kalicki of 5832 Heronview Crescent Dr., Lithia, was driving a Toyota 4 Funner west on FishHawk Boulevard when he drifted into the eastbound lane. He then overcorrected, causing the SUV to leave the road and flip over. Kalicki was ejected from the SUV. He was transported to Tampa General Hospital for treatment. There is no word on the extent of his injuries.

Three passengers in the SUV, two 16-year-old females and a 16-year-old male suffered only minor bruises.
