Man Drives Pickup Truck into Two Riverview Homes, Deputies Say

There was about $30,000 in damage but no injuries in the early morning incident.

A man drove his pickup truck into two Riverview homes early Thursday morning, causing about $30,000 in damage, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

The driver, Scott Thomas Cassidy, 21, struck the southeast corner of 12303 Bramfield Drive and the southwest corner of 12305 Bramfield Drive with his 1995 Ford F150. He had previously traveled over the median on Panther Trace Boulevard, deputies said in a news release.

Cassidy was taken to Southbay Hospital and was not seriously injured, the release stated.
