Man Stabbed In Carjacking Attempt
Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies are looking for help identifying the suspect.

Riverview, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man its deputies say attacked another with a knife earlier this week.
According to the sheriff’s office, the victim parked his Jeep in his apartment garage on Circa Crossing Drive around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday. As he was leaving the garage, he heard a door close. When he looked for the source of the noise, he saw a man armed with a carpet knife walking in his direction.
The armed man demanded the victim’s keys, but the victim refused, an email from the sheriff’s office said. At that point, the armed man slashed his knife at the victim, striking his stomach.
